Medication Management: Thoughtful and individualized medication management designed to support emotional balance and improve daily functioning.
Telehealth Appointments: We offer secure and convenient virtual appointments for clients located in Michigan and Ohio, allowing you to receive care from the comfort and privacy of your own home. To ensure compliance with state regulations, clients must be physically present in their state of residence at the time of each appointment.

At MindShift & Wellness LLC, we believe that access to quality mental health care should be as simple and transparent as possible. We offer both insurance-based services and private pay options. We also offer a sliding scale.
Insurance
We accept a variety of insurance plans through our credentialing partners. Coverage and benefits vary by plan, so we encourage clients to verify their mental health benefits directly with their insurance provider. Our team will also help guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have regarding coverage.
Private Pay
For clients who prefer not to use insurance or who may be out-of-network, we offer private pay options.
Typical private pay rates may include:
• Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $225
• Follow-Up Medication Management Appointments: $175
• Sliding scale options available
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If we do not accept your insurance, you may still be able to receive reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Upon request, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
